  • Online Payment: Sun Guzto supports popular electronic payment methods such as MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, and domestic/international bank cards. Customers will receive detailed instructions during checkout.

2. Refund Policy

  • For prepaid orders that cannot be fulfilled or in cases where the product has defects attributable to Sun Guzto, we will refund 100% of the payment using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 03 – 05 business days, subject to the policies of banks or payment gateways.

  • Sun Guzto is not liable for errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by customers.
