Online Payment: Sun Guzto supports popular electronic payment methods such as MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, and domestic/international bank cards. Customers will receive detailed instructions during checkout.

For prepaid orders that cannot be fulfilled or in cases where the product has defects attributable to Sun Guzto, we will refund 100% of the payment using the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 03 – 05 business days, subject to the policies of banks or payment gateways.
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details and the payable amount before confirmation.
Sun Guzto is not liable for errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by customers.
