Before completing an order, customers can review the list of supported delivery areas and choose the appropriate shipping method.
Sun Guzto provides multiple delivery methods for customers to choose from, including standard shipping, express shipping, or special delivery services (if applicable).
Detailed information about each method, along with any technical requirements, will be provided during the order process.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address registered on our website. For orders outside the scope of free shipping, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs as determined by the carrier.
Payment of Shipping Fees:
Prepaid Orders: Customers must pay the total order value including shipping fees at the time of order. Sun Guzto will provide the exact amount before confirming the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must pay the full order value along with shipping fees (if applicable) directly to the delivery service upon receipt. Sun Guzto will notify customers of the payable amount in advance.
Sun Guzto will contact customers to confirm order details immediately after receiving the purchase request. The processing time is as follows:
Orders placed between 8:30 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday will be confirmed on the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 will be confirmed the next working morning.
Orders placed after 17:00 on Saturday or during Sunday will be confirmed on the next business day.
For customers placing orders directly via hotline, our team will confirm order details immediately during the call (or agree on a specific confirmation time if necessary).
Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi (urban areas): 1 – 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Other provinces/cities: 3 – 5 business days, depending on location and delivery method.
Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, Tet, promotions). In case of unexpected delays, Sun Guzto will notify customers at the earliest possible time.
Sun Guzto is responsible for providing sales invoices along with every order. Carriers and logistics partners are required to deliver the invoice together with the goods to ensure transparency and reliability.
External Check: Customers are allowed to inspect product quantity, model, and packaging before accepting delivery.
Seal Check: If the packaging shows signs of damage, tampering, or broken seals, customers have the right to refuse delivery.
Joint Inspection: Upon request, customers may open and check the goods with the delivery staff.
Defect Detection: If the product does not match the order description or shows defects, customers have the right to refuse delivery.
Order Cancellation: If customers are dissatisfied, they may request order cancellation immediately upon receipt. Once confirmed, Sun Guzto will process the refund within 7 business days.
